In light of all that has transpired over the past few weeks with the progression of COVID-19 throughout the country, and with the uncertainty of what lies ahead for the next few months, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 Annual Summit and not attempt to reschedule for later in the year. We will be announcing our 2021 Summit dates shortly. #MATRC2020. #MATRC2021
For 2020 registered attendees, to minimize the impact of credit card processing fees, as a registered attendee for 2020, we will automatically transfer your current registration to 2021. If the new dates will not work for you OR if you need to have an immediate refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to refund you in full. If you had booked a hotel room at the Embassy Suites, we understand that the hotel may have started proactively canceling reservations on our room block, however, we would recommend that you contact the hotel directly to confirm by calling 704-455-8200 OR 800-362-2779. If your reservations were on the room block through Direct Travel, no further action on your part is necessary.
We are planning to offer our 2020 MATRC Pre-Summit Sessions on Telehealth, Telemental Health and Remote Patient Monitoring 101 and 201 virtually. We are also looking into offering several of our planned 2020 Summit and Poster Sessions using an interactive Virtual Conference format at no charge. We are looking at whether we will be able to offer CME credits for these and will get more information out to you shortly.
