North Carolina Medicaid (NC Medicaid provided a significant number of flexibilities related to telehealth during the public health emergency. Many of those temporary policies have been made permanent, those not made permanent either ended June 30, 2022 or will end at/after the end of the federal PHE). Pages 4 - 7 of this Bulletin provides an overview of all the telehealth flexibilities that have now been made permanent. Pages 8 - 23 provides an overview all of the behavioral health flexibilities and their current status (made permanent, sunsetted June 30, 2022 or will end at/after the federal PHE).
